I like Moana as my go to HDR testing, show-off, eyeball calibration movie.
You start off very bright and colorful, and for HDR displays often use that to decide if I want the more accurate colors or the extra pop that those displays typically offer. Near the end of the movie there’s a battle at night. You can use this to make sure you can still make out details in the dark parts of the dark scene, but the fight also has a lot of magical effects going off that you can use to test out how bright parts of the display can get and the contrast vs the dark areas.

For just a fun HDR eye-candy scene I also really like the part of John Wick 4 with dragons breath rounds when it goes to the overhead shot.
